Splus Software The software takes
output from an estimating equation function and performs some small sample
adjustments. Types of estimating functions that we demonstrate are:
-
Generalized Estimating Equations (Using modifications to the Yags software
of V. Carey)
-
Conditional Logistic Regression (Using personally written Splus functions
for Conditional Logistic Regression)
-
Cox Proportional Hazards Models (using Cox Proportional Hazards functions
supplied in Splus)
-
Simulation Programs All simulations
in the paper were performed in Splus.
